Cancellations & Returns
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at IMMACULATEHERBS@GMAIL.COM.
Orders can only be canceled BEFORE they are processed and shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds
